Range of drum chipping machines of big sizes, designed for the production of high quality chips and suitable to process very big quantity of material of any type and dimension; equipped with Nostress electronic device, calibration grid and further arrangements for any kind of customer’s requirement.

Thanks to very powerful and aggressive driving rollers, the feeding is always perfect with any type of material. The conveyors in the bottom part of the rollers allow to recover any discharge of the chipped material. The feeding chute can be equipped with steel chains (in optional). All the models of the CHIPEPR ENERGY range can be equipped with axle and wheels for the towing, with own engines or to be fitted to self-propelling equipments.

The cutting system by a drum equipped with multi-blades allows the production of high quality chips (calibration grid). The ejection/discharge of the chips by a flywheel requires a very low power absorption because of the air lack and allows to obtain a final product without dust and the loading into a 40' Container too. The discharge chute is 360° rotating, adjustable in height, and hydraulically tilting.
